Microsoft Dynamics 365 Remote Assist enables technicians to effectively collaborate and troubleshoot issues with remote peers using Microsoft Teams or Dynamics 365 Remote Assist, significantly reducing travel time and costs. This solution allows technicians and remote collaborators to include mixed reality annotations to give instructions in a contextual manner. Technicians can also capture and visualize images and videos of their organization’s assets, storing them in Common Data Service.

• Upon installation, users can access a 90-day free trial license or utilize the 30-day trial license offered by their organization. Technicians and remote collaborators may also require a free or paid version of Microsoft Teams. Hardware and license prerequisites may vary depending on the features and content needed. Following the trial period, technicians will require a paid Remote Assist license, inclusive of Microsoft Teams and capacity for Common Data Service.
